A Letter to You

​

If you are reading this, you already know me — and if you are new here, then perhaps you have arrived for a reason.

This is me, Anayah Roots Norlin. This work has never been “just a project.” Many of you have walked with me through sound healing sessions, trauma release, breathwork, yoga classes, trainings, workshops, music, art, and deep inner processes — in Sweden and in different parts of the world. When I am at home, you find me teaching weekly at Hagabadet in Gothenburg and Hot Yoga West Sweden, holding space for around 10–15 classes each week, while also offering online classes and working internationally.

This path has always been about service — showing up, holding space, and walking alongside people as they heal, transform, and remember who they truly are.

I want to be clear: I am not alone in this work.

I am educating and guiding people in what I know and what I experience as a gift from God — shaped through many years of hard work, study, devotion, and deep inner practice. Together with Joseph Matepeta and my trusted colleagues, we are now taking the next step forward. I give thanks to both those who have been here from the beginning and those who are joining now. This project has moved through setbacks and forward steps, and all of it has been a great learning that has brought us here.

Over the years, I have been in service through more than a decade of weekly classes, sound healing, breathwork, yoga, and training. I have held sound healing educations, trauma release workshops, and weekly classes for thousands of people throughout these years. We are now also preparing to release new music internationally, while building a stronger and more stable foundation together as a team.

​

For a long time, I paused growth and held this space quietly, protecting my energy. But something has shifted. If we truly want a better Earth, we cannot stay small. We need to grow strong and grounded — like the roots of a tree, deeply connected beneath the surface.

Earthly Life School is moving into a new chapter.

This is more than a platform. It is a living service on this Earth — created to support real healing, transformation, and remembrance. It exists to help people return to their natural roots, come home to themselves, and land more fully in their true being. This work does not live on a website. It lives in presence, in the body, in breath, in sound, and in the meeting between people.

This past year has been both beautiful and challenging. It has been rocky at times. Yet as warriors of the light, we do not give up. We continue. We serve. We help people heal, overcome, and transform back into their natural, truthful selves.

Now we are ready to take the next step.

​

Our vision is to build retreat and creative school centers — spaces created for children and adults. Places where people can come to rest, rejuvenate, and heal — from deep illness, emotional exhaustion, trauma, or simply the need to ground, reconnect, and return to balance.

​

We carry lived knowledge and experience. Through our work, we have access to indigenous and bush healers who truly know this work — people who have not only studied healing, but lived it, rooted in the wisdom of the Earth.

As Anayah, I carry a gift shaped through years of devotion and inner work — supporting people in overcoming inner imbalance through energy field work, quantum-based healing awareness, deep nervous system regulation, and natural detox processes. This work is held together with a grounded, experienced team worldwide — people who live what they teach and understand the roots of the Earth.

All our courses are now being moved into the next stage, structured as a coherent journey to support healing on all levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — accessible to people at different stages of life and readiness.

To make this vision real, we now need to secure new land. Funding is essential at this stage. Every contribution supports the creation of spaces where real, grounded healing can take place — spaces that serve people, children, and communities with integrity and care.

Alongside this, our community work is already alive and growing. The Club Yoga events are in full flow, with new people stepping into leadership and holding space. We create wherever we are.

We believe in freedom — the freedom to live the life we choose, with clean water, nourishing food, and a deep connection to the Earth. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, tired, or lost, this space exists to support real change.

Right now, our websites may feel unfinished — and that is okay. We are building something real. What matters most is the work happening in the world.

​

We are also opening the door again to those who feel called to walk with us in seva (service). If you carry skills in content creation, social media, marketing, design, web development, or other forms of support — and feel aligned to grow together — you are welcome. This work begins in service, with the intention that everyone involved is respected, valued, and supported over time.

​

This letter is written from the heart — for those who already know this path, and for those who are just arriving.
